GEO services – Terms and Conditions
This is a translation. In case of any difference, the Hungarian version prevails.
Effective from: 21 October 2026
These terms apply to the GEO services of 30km.hu Kft., with business (B2B) clients.
1–4. Parties, services, ordering, fees
1. The parties
1.1. Service provider: 30km.hu Kft. (trading name: Wednesday Agency), registered office: Fehérvári út 73., 2462 Martonvásár, Hungary, company registration number: 07-09-029835, tax number: 24382315-2-07, email: hello@wednesday.agency (hereinafter: Service provider).
1.2. Client: the business that orders GEO services from the Service provider (hereinafter: Client). These terms do not apply to natural persons acting as consumers.
2. The services
2.1. Quick check: a free, one-off snapshot based on public data. It creates no contractual obligation.
2.2. AI visibility audit: 20 questions in five AI services, compared with three competitors, a technical review, a written report and a 30-minute handover call.
2.3. GEO fix (S, M, L): carrying out the work itemised in the fix quote, plus one re-measurement 30 days after handover.
2.4. Monthly tracking (Tracking, Growth, Partner): the monthly services described on the wednesday.agency/en/geo page and in the quote.
2.5. The exact scope of each service is always set out in the accepted quote. If the quote and these terms differ, the quote prevails.
3. How the contract is made
3.1. The contract is made when the Client accepts the quote by email. The quote and these terms form part of the contract.
3.2. A quote is valid for 30 days from its date.
3.3. The language of the contract is Hungarian. It qualifies as a written contract, and the Service provider files it electronically.
4. Fees and payment
4.1. Fees are net amounts, plus VAT at the applicable rate. The current fees are shown on the wednesday.agency/en/geo page and in the quote.
4.2. Audit: 100% in advance, based on a pro forma invoice. Work starts on the day of payment.
4.3. Fix: 50% deposit based on a pro forma invoice, 50% based on the invoice issued at handover.
4.4. Credit: if the Client orders a fix within 60 days of paying for the audit, the audit fee is deducted from the fix fee.
4.5. Monthly fee: paid monthly in advance, by the 5th day of the month.
4.6. Payment term: 8 days from the invoice date. Late payment carries default interest under the Hungarian Civil Code, and the Service provider may suspend work until payment.
5–8. Delivery, cooperation, access, results
5. Delivery and deadlines
5.1. Deadlines are set out in the quote: for the audit, they run from the finalisation of the question set (2 working days from sending it); for the fix, from the date access is granted.
5.2. Time spent waiting for the Client’s approval, data or access does not count towards the deadline.
5.3. Time of delivery: for the audit, sending the report; for the fix, handing over the list of changes; for monthly services, sending the monthly report.
5.4. If the Client does not report a defect in writing within 8 days of handover, the delivery is considered accepted. The Service provider fixes reported defects free of charge.
6. The Client’s cooperation
6.1. The Client appoints a contact person who can make decisions about the question set, the texts and the bot settings.
6.2. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information it provides (prices, terms, product data), and approves every new or rewritten text before it goes live.
6.3. The Client decides on the bot settings (which AI bots may read the website), based on the Service provider’s recommendation.
7. Access and security
7.1. No access is needed for the audit: the Service provider only works with public data.
7.2. For the fix and for monthly content, the Client grants access with the minimum permissions necessary: via the Claude Code Bridge for WooCommerce, and via a separate admin user on other platforms. The Service provider never asks for passwords.
7.3. The Client may revoke access at any time. Work in progress is paused in that case.
7.4. The Service provider documents every change with a date. Before the changes, the Client makes a backup of the website and is responsible for it.
8. Commitment regarding results
8.1. The answers of AI services (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Mode and others) are determined by third parties and change over time. The Service provider therefore does not guarantee that the Client will appear in a given answer, in a given position or within a given time.
8.2. The Service provider commits to carrying out the work described in the contract professionally, and to measuring and presenting the results with a fixed, repeatable method.
8.3. The Service provider is not responsible for incorrect information about the Client published by AI services, but will flag it if it notices any.
9–14. Intellectual property, termination, liability, data, confidentiality, final provisions
9. Intellectual property
9.1. The right to use the texts, schemas and llms.txt created for the Client passes to the Client without limitation and exclusively once the full fee is paid.
9.2. The measurement method, the Service provider’s own measuring tool, the templates and the Claude Code Bridge remain the property of the Service provider. The Client may freely use the reports for its own business purposes.
9.3. The Service provider only uses the Client’s name as a reference with the Client’s written consent. It may publish anonymous, aggregated measurement data that does not allow identification.
10. Termination
10.1. The first 3 months of a monthly service are a fixed term. After that, either party may terminate at any time, effective on the last day of the month, in writing (by email).
10.2. The Client may cancel one-off services (audit, fix) free of charge before work starts. Once work has started, a proportionate fee is due for the work done.
10.3. If either party seriously breaches the contract and does not remedy it within 8 days of a written notice, the other party may terminate with immediate effect.
11. Liability
11.1. The Service provider remedies defective performance by fixing it free of charge under clause 5.4. Beyond that, it accepts no liability for damages.
11.2. The Service provider is not liable for lost traffic or profit, for the operation of third parties (AI services, online store platforms, hosting providers), or for the content of texts approved by the Client.
12. Data protection
12.1. The Service provider usually does not need access to the personal data of the Client’s customers. If this could still happen through the access granted, the parties sign a separate data processing agreement.
12.2. The Service provider handles contact persons’ data to perform the contract, in line with its privacy policy (wednesday.agency/en/privacy).
13. Confidentiality
13.1. The parties keep business information learned during the contract (in particular non-public traffic and operational data) confidential, also after the contract ends.
14. Final provisions
14.1. The contract is governed by Hungarian law, in particular the Civil Code.
14.2. The parties first try to settle disputes by negotiation. If this fails, the competent Hungarian court has jurisdiction.
14.3. The Service provider may amend these terms. An amendment only applies to contracts already in place with the Client’s consent.
14.4. Effective from 21 October 2026.
