2. What data do we handle, and why?

You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you about business offers: write to adatkezeles@wednesday.agency or reply to our email. After that, we won’t send you any more emails.
3. Who has access to the data?
We don’t sell your data. These providers work with it on our behalf (data processors):

If a provider handles data outside the European Economic Area, it does so on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission (for the USA, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or the Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
4. Your rights
- You can ask what data we hold about you and request a copy.
- You can ask us to correct or delete it.
- You can ask us to restrict how we use it.
- You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and to business outreach at any time.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time (for cookies, via the Cookie settings link in the footer).
- You can ask us to hand over your data in a machine-readable format.

5. Complaints
If you feel we have violated your rights, please write to us first. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., 1055 Budapest, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, naih.hu), and you can also go to court.
