Terms and Conditions
This is a translation. In case of any difference, the Hungarian version prevails.
Effective from: 21 October 2026
These terms apply to our agency services. GEO services have their own terms: GEO terms.
1. The parties
1.1. Service provider: 30km.hu Kft. (trading name: Wednesday Agency), registered office: Fehérvári út 73., 2462 Martonvásár, Hungary, company registration number: 07-09-029835, tax number: 24382315-2-07, email: hello@wednesday.agency.
1.2. Client: the business that orders a service from the Service provider. These terms do not apply to consumers.
2. The services
2.1. The Service provider offers digital agency services: strategy and consulting, design and content, web and mobile development, marketing and campaigns.
2.2. The exact scope, deadline and fee of each job is set out in the accepted quote. If the quote and these terms differ, the quote prevails.
2.3. GEO services (quick check, AI visibility audit, GEO fix, monthly tracking) are covered by the GEO terms.
3. How the contract is made
3.1. The contract is made when the Client accepts the quote in writing (email counts too). The quote and these terms form part of the contract.
3.2. A quote is valid for 30 days from its date, unless it says otherwise.
3.3. The language of the contract is Hungarian or English, as stated in the quote.
4. Fees and payment
4.1. Fees are net amounts; VAT is added on top.
4.2. The payment schedule (deposit, partial invoices, monthly fee) is set out in the quote.
4.3. Payment term: 8 days from the invoice date. Late payment carries default interest under the Hungarian Civil Code, and the Service provider may suspend work until payment.
4.4. The Service provider only does work beyond the quote after the Client’s written approval, for an additional fee.
5. Delivery and cooperation
5.1. Time spent waiting for the Client’s approval, materials or access does not count towards the deadline.
5.2. The Client appoints a contact person who can make decisions. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the materials it provides (text, images, data), and for having the right to use them.
5.3. If the Client does not report a defect in writing within 8 days of handover, the delivery is considered accepted. The Service provider fixes reported defects free of charge.
5.4. The Client grants access with the minimum permissions necessary, and may revoke it at any time.
6. Intellectual property
6.1. The right to use the work made for the Client (text, design, code) passes to the Client once the full fee is paid, to the extent described in the quote.
6.2. The Service provider’s own tools, templates, methods and code used for several clients remain with the Service provider.
6.3. The Service provider may show the Client’s name and an image of the work as a reference on its own website, unless the Client forbids it.
7. Liability
7.1. The Service provider remedies defective performance by fixing it free of charge.
7.2. The Service provider does not guarantee specific business results (traffic, rankings, conversions), because these also depend on third parties (search engines, advertising platforms, AI services).
7.3. The Service provider is not liable for the operation of third parties (platforms, hosting providers) or for content approved by the Client.
8. Termination
8.1. The Client may cancel a one-off job free of charge before work starts. Once work has started, a proportionate fee is due for the work done.
8.2. Either party may terminate a monthly service in writing, effective on the last day of the month, unless the quote sets a fixed term.
8.3. In the event of a serious breach of contract that is not remedied within 8 days of a written notice, the other party may terminate with immediate effect.
9. Data protection and confidentiality
9.1. The Service provider handles contact persons’ data in line with its Privacy Policy.
9.2. If, during the work, the Service provider also gains access to personal data of the Client’s customers, the parties sign a separate data processing agreement.
9.3. The parties keep business information they learn confidential, also after the contract ends.
10. Final provisions
10.1. The contract is governed by Hungarian law.
10.2. The parties first try to settle disputes by negotiation. If this fails, the competent Hungarian court has jurisdiction.
10.3. The Service provider may amend these terms. An amendment only applies to contracts already in place with the Client’s consent.
